Link Hardware’s Adjustable Threshold or Floor Mount Bottom Free-Swinging Pivot provides 3/16” height adjustment and holds 220 lbs. weight capacity to support average doors. It is ideal for use with Link Hardware’s PH10C, PH11C, Bottom Door Patch Fittings. A brushed stainless cover plate is included to help with the installation. The minimum clearance is 3/16” and the maximum clearance is 9/16”.
