At Link Hardware Inc., we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. We have established the following return policy to provide a fair and convenient experience for our customers.
If the purchased item is found to be defective, Link Hardware Inc. will replace the product or provide a credit for the purchase price. Please contact our customer support within 30 days of the invoice date to initiate the return process.
Time Limit for Returns
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the invoice date. Beyond this period, we are unable to process any returns.
Packaging and Condition
All returned items must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and free from any markings. Please ensure that the product is in resalable condition to be eligible for a return.
Please note that Glass Doors and tools are not eligible for returns. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Right to Reject Returns
Link Hardware Inc. reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above-stated conditions. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Any custom orders, including items outsourced for powder coating or cut to size, are not applicable for return. Custom orders are made specifically for individual customers and, therefore, cannot be accepted as returns.
Once purchased, stock doors cannot be returned. Please ensure that you carefully select the desired product before making a purchase.
