Refund Policy for Link Hardware Inc.

  2. Provide the order details and reason for the return.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you instructions on how to return the item.

1.2 Condition of the Returned Item:

To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must meet the following conditions:

  1. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  2.  All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories should be intact.
  3. The item should be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

2. Refund Options:

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the invoice date. Beyond this period, we are unable to process any returns.

2.1 Store Credit:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will generate a credit memo for the value of the item. This credit will be added to your account and can be used for future purchases. The credit will remain on your account until used for your next purchase.

2.2 Refund to Credit/Debit Card:

Alternatively, you may choose to have the refund issued to the same Credit/Debit card that was used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your card statement, depending on your bank or financial institution.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments made in cash, we are unable to provide a cash refund. However, you can still choose to receive a store credit for the returned item, which can be used for future purchases.

4. Exclusions:

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

  • Items that are customized, personalized, or made-to-order specifically for you.

5. Shipping Costs:

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will arrange for the return shipping and cover the associated costs.
