Link Hardware’s PT34 Wall-Mounted Transom Patch works to support a transom from a side jamb. It comes with a Link Hardware INT300 pivot Insert for mounting the door with the Link Hardware Top Door Patch Fittings. This transom patch is very versatile as it can also be used with a Link Hardware INT306 Insert to create an overhead door stop.
